This three level home was new contruction when purchased by the clients.

The hillside setting has expansive ocean views and they wanted to merge the Italian features of the home with their own refined taste.

We brought in antique stone details to give it an authentic touch, combined with both traditional and clean lined furnishings that suit the clients lifestyle.

 One of our favorite aspects of this project was to build the utimate man cave on the lower level, featuring a full size bar, a theatre and a wine room.
