The clients wanted to build a family home that was classic California with some fresh twists.

We designed tile in a traditional style but in a limited palette to give the traditional feel but with a more cohesive look.

We designed furniture that also had traditional lines but then used a fresher color, a larger scale or simply a bench seat to give it a more modern twist.
